Acceptable Use
These rules apply to character descriptions, reaction captions, uploaded images, and generated stickers or animations.
Before you upload
Use images and characters you own or have permission to use. If an uploaded photo contains another person, you must have their permission to use and transform it. The current tools use a photo as a reference and create a new AI result; they are not face-swap tools.
Prohibited content
Do not use Sticker Pack Maker to create, request, or distribute:
- Sexual or NSFW content, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Graphic violence or gore, threats, or content that encourages serious harm.
- Hate speech or content that promotes discrimination, hostility, or violence against a protected group.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized content involving minors, or other content that endangers a child.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of a real person where the result is presented as a real event or statement.
- Copyright and trademark infringement, or content that violates privacy, publicity, or other rights.
The zero-tolerance group is CSAM and other sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, terrorism or violent extremism, incitement to genocide, and deceptive deepfakes. We may preserve evidence and report apparent illegal content to the appropriate authorities.
Safety checks
Paid generation starts only after the effective character description, reaction instructions, and enabled captions pass Waffo Prompt Sift. A blocked request is not generated and does not use credits. A request needing further review is not treated as approved.
The image itself is not sent to Waffo by this text check. Tuzi and upstream image providers may apply their own safety controls. Generate a new version if the result does not match the description. We may also review reported content and remove it from the service.
Accuracy and platform limits
Review expressions, captions, likeness, and spelling before sharing. A generated result is not verification of a person’s identity or of a factual claim. Exported ZIP files are prepared assets, not guaranteed store-approved packs.
Reporting a violation
Choose Content report in the contact form or email hello@stickerpackmaker.com. Include the affected creation ID or page and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive material. We treat reports as confidential and may ask for enough information to locate and assess the result.
Enforcement and timing
Where a violation is confirmed, we may issue a warning, remove content or access, freeze, clear or reset unused credits, restrict generation, or suspend or permanently ban an account. Urgent threats may be restricted immediately while we review. These actions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
- Immediate or severe risk, such as apparent CSAM, an imminent threat, or terrorism: target initial review within 2 hours and containment within 24 hours.
- Other severe reports: target initial review within 24 hours and action within 3 business days.
- Medium-risk reports: target review within 5 business days and action within 7 business days.
- Low-risk or unclear reports: target review within 5 business days and action within 15 business days.
If more time is needed, we will explain why. To appeal an enforcement decision, reply to the notice or contact us with the relevant reference. We will review the original decision and any new context. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
