Terms of Service
Use the service only for material and people you are authorized to depict.
Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process it only as needed to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have permission to upload the material and create the requested depiction. If another person appears in an uploaded photo, you confirm that you may use and transform that photo.
AI model disclosure
Images and animations are generated with gpt-image-2.5 through Tuzi. Sticker Pack Maker is an independent product; model and provider names identify the underlying technology and do not imply that this site is the provider’s official app.
Generated output and AI marking
Generated media is AI-derived. Previews are identified as AI-generated, and exported packs include an AI-generation notice. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated work. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or distributing it and for confirming that your use complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
Acceptable use and content standards
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. The prohibited categories are sexual or NSFW content, graphic violence or gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse material or other child-unsafe content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. Do not bypass safety controls or overload the service through automation.
Before paid generation, the effective text is sent to Waffo Prompt Sift. A blocked or still-unreviewed request is not generated and does not use credits. The image itself is not sent to Waffo for this check; image providers may apply separate safety controls.
Platform exports
Export archives are prepared creative assets, not guaranteed one-click installations or signed apps. Third-party platforms control current file limits, publishing requirements, review, and availability.
Free generation credits
Each generation shows its credit cost before it starts. An anonymous browser receives a one-time allowance of three free credits. A verified account receives two additional one-time credits. Free credits do not refresh daily, do not roll over, and are not granted again after signing out or signing back in. Shared-network, short-term traffic, and service-wide safety limits may temporarily reduce availability. Clearing cookies, rotating identifiers, automating requests, or otherwise bypassing these controls is prohibited.
Credit purchases and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire. Refund eligibility and the removal of refunded credits are explained in our Refund Policy.
Service availability
The product is provided on an “as available” basis. Jobs may fail because of provider availability, safety filters, malformed inputs, or infrastructure limits. A failed generation returns the credit reserved for that generation.
Reporting, enforcement and appeals
Report prohibited or disputed content through the contact form or hello@stickerpackmaker.com. Where a violation is confirmed, we may issue a warning, remove content or access, freeze, clear or reset unused credits, restrict generation, or suspend or permanently ban an account.
Targets are initial review within 2 hours and containment within 24 hours for immediate or severe risk; initial review within 24 hours and action within 3 business days for other severe reports; review within 3 business days and action within 7 for medium-risk reports; and review within 5 business days and action within 15 for low-risk reports. We may extend a review and explain why. Reply to an enforcement notice or contact us to appeal.
